December 8, 2022: Perry, KS 66073 The Fort Scott Tigers basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Perry-Lecompton Kaws to 11 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Tigers now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Paola for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Fort Scott will battle a Panthers team coming off a 70-11 non-league win over Wellsville (Wellsville, KS). The Panthers record now stands at 1-2.
The Kaws (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Wellsville (Wellsville, KS). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Wellsville was routed by Paola (Paola, KS), 70-11, in a non-league contest.
