December 8, 2023: Aledo, TX 76008 Aledo Bearcats (Aledo, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Richland Royals (North Richland Hills, TX), 50-45 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Aledo upgrades its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Bearcats host Brewer (Fort Worth, TX) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 12-3. Brewer won 49-32 in their recent non-league bout against Keller Central (Keller, TX)
Next up, the Royals play the Keller Central Chargers (Keller, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 9. Richland will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Chargers come into the bout with a 4-8 record after their 49-32 non-league loss to Brewer (Fort Worth, TX).
