The Brighton Cardinals basketball team (Brighton, TN), dropped 52-39 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Ripley Tigers (Ripley, TN)

The Tigers now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dyer County for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 12. Ripley will battle a Choctaws team coming off a 72-48 non-league win over Millington Central (Millington, TN). The Choctaws record now stands at 6-0.

The Cardinals (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against Middle College (Memphis, TN). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Middle College dropped by Melrose (Memphis, TN), 77-74, in a non-league battle.
