December 8, 2023: Richland Center, WI 53581 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Dodgeville Dodgers (Dodgeville, WI) and the host Richland Center Hornets (Richland Center, WI), saw Dodgeville's basketball squad hold off Richland Center by a tally of 52-48.
With the victory, Dodgeville improves its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Dodgers travel to Prairie du Chien (Prairie du Chien, WI) to confront the Blackhawks in a Southwest Wisconsin challenge on Thursday, December 14. The Blackhawks come into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Prairie du Chien lost 68-30 in their recent non-league challenge against Mineral Point (Mineral Point, WI)
Next up, the Hornets confront the Westby Norsemen (Westby, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. Richland Center will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Norsemen come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 62-54 league loss to Luther (Onalaska, WI).
