Wyoming High School Basketball - Wind River nips Farson-Eden
December 8, 2023: Pavillion, WY 82523 Wind River Cougars (Pavillion, WY) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Farson-Eden Pronghorns (Farson, WY), 56-53 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Wind River upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Cokeville (Cokeville, WY) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Cokeville won 64-60 in their recent non-league bout against Kemmerer (Kemmerer, WY)
Next up, the Pronghorns play the Big Piney Punchers (Big Piney, WY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 9. Farson-Eden will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Punchers come into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 64-60 non-league loss to Lovell (Lovell, WY).
