Wyoming High School Basketball - Kemmerer thwarts Wind River
January 27, 2024: Kemmerer, WY 83116 The Kemmerer Rangers (Kemmerer, WY) basketball knocked off the visiting Wind River Cougars (Pavillion, WY), 48-37 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Rangers (6-9) will now prepare for their test against Rich (Randolph, UT). The Rebels go into the non-league test with a 10-4 record. In their last test, Rich notched a victory over Manila (Manila, UT), 66-51, in a league test.
The Cougars now own a 3-12 record. They play next when they host Dubois for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 30. Wind River will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 54-48 league loss to Meeteetse (Meeteetse, WY). The Rams record now stands at 5-5.
