The Weeping Water Indians basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Omaha Christian Academy Eagles to 17 in the Indians non-league triumph on Friday.

The Indians now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Louisville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Weeping Water will battle a Lions team coming off a 56-33 non-league win over Nebraska City (Nebraska City, NE). The Lions record now stands at 1-2.

The Eagles (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Cedar Bluffs (Cedar Bluffs, NE). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record.
