Nebraska High School Basketball - Cornerstone Christian School nips Omaha Christian Academy
February 3, 2024: Bellevue, NE 68123 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Cornerstone Christian School Cougars (Bellevue, NE) and the visiting Omaha Christian Academy Eagles (Omaha, NE), saw Cornerstone Christian School's basketball squad hold off Omaha Christian Academy by a tally of 51-46.
With the victory, Cornerstone Christian School improves its record to 7-7 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Cedar Bluffs (Cedar Bluffs, NE) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 5. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 3-14. Cedar Bluffs lost 56-32 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Edward (St. Edward, NE)
Next up, the Eagles play the Brownell Talbot Raiders (Omaha, NE) in a C2 District 3 challenge, on Monday, February 5. Omaha Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record.
