Nebraska High School Basketball - Omaha Christian Academy trounces Whiting
February 1, 2024: Omaha, NE 68134 The Omaha Christian Academy Eagles (Omaha, NE) basketball crushed the visiting Whiting Warriors (Whiting, IA), 60-8 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Eagles (7-7) will now prepare for their test against Cornerstone Christian School (Bellevue, NE). The Cougars go into the C2 District 3 test with a 6-7 record. In their last test, Cornerstone Christian School walloped Heartland Christian (Council Bluffs, IA), 75-37, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 1-15 record. They play next when they travel to Omaha Nation for a non-league test on Monday, February 5. Whiting will encounter a Chiefs squad coming off a 71-39 non-league win over Omaha Christian Academy (Omaha, NE). The Chiefs record now stands at 7-12.
