In Friday's non-league outing, the Point Pleasant Big Blacks (Point Pleasant, WV) basketball squad overwhelmed the host River Valley Raiders (Bidwell, OH), by a margin of 54-32.

The Big Blacks (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Winfield (Winfield, WV). The Generals go into the Cardinal outing with a 0-0 record.

The Raiders now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Vinton County for a Tri-Valley I bout on Tuesday, December 12. River Valley will play a Vikings squad coming off a 70-60 league win over Meigs (Pomeroy, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 3-0.
