Texas High School Basketball - Prince of Peace topped by Trinity Christian

The Trinity Christian Trojans basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Prince of Peace Eagles to 54 in the Trojans non-league victory on Friday.

The Trojans now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to John Paul II for a TAPPS 6A District 1 contest on Tuesday, December 12. Trinity Christian will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 78-59 non-league win over St. Thomas Episcopal (Houston, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 14-3.

The Eagles (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Legacy Christian Academy (Frisco, TX). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 6-8 record. In their last contest, Legacy Christian Academy prevailed over Greenwood (Midland, TX), 56-51, in a non-league contest.
