Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Academy of Richmond County Musketeers (Augusta, GA) and the host Evans Knights (Evans, GA), saw Academy of Richmond County's basketball squad overcome Evans by a tally of 48-38.

With the victory, Academy of Richmond County improves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Musketeers travel to South Aiken (Aiken, SC) to confront the Thoroughbreds in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Thoroughbreds come into the challenge with a record of 3-2.

Next up, the Knights confront the Portal Panthers (Portal, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 9. Evans will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 37-32 non-league win over Effingham County (Springfield, GA).
