Nebraska High School Basketball - Loomis ripped by Amherst

In Friday's non-league match, the host Amherst Broncos basketball team scored a decisive 59-29 triumph over the Loomis Wolves.

In their next game, the Broncos meet the Arcadia/Loup City Rebels (Arcadia, NE) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 12. Amherst will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Rebels enter the match with a 1-4 record after their 51-36 non-league loss to Central Valley (Greeley, NE).

With the defeat, Loomis moves to 0-4 on the year. The Wolves host Bertrand (Bertrand, NE) to meet the Vikings in a non-league match on Saturday, December 9. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 1-1. Bertrand won 43-26 in their recent non-league match against Axtell (Axtell, NE)
