The Highland Huskies basketball team scored 36 points and held the visiting Pekin Panthers to 11 in the Huskies league triumph on Friday.

The Huskies now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wapello for a SEI - North contest on Friday, December 15.

The Panthers (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Hillcrest Academy (Kalona, IA). The Ravens enter the SEI - North contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Hillcrest Academy was routed by Winfield-Mt. Union (Winfield, IA), 43-42, in a league contest.
