North Carolina High School Basketball - Northampton County succumbs to Northwest Halifax

December 8, 2023: Littleton, NC 27850

The Northwest Halifax Vikings topped the visiting Northampton County Jaguars basketball team by a final score of 51-39 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Vikings face the Wilson Prep Tigers (Wilson, NC) in a 1A Tar Roanoke game, on Friday, December 15. Northwest Halifax will attempt to move on its 6-0 season record.

With the defeat, Northampton County moves to 3-2 on the year. The Jaguars travel to KIPP Pride (Gaston, NC) to face the Pride in a 1A Tar Roanoke game on Tuesday, December 12.
