South Carolina High School Basketball - Liberty trounces Pickens
December 8, 2023: Pickens, SC 29671 The Liberty Red Devils (Liberty, SC) basketball crushed the host Pickens Blue Flame (Pickens, SC), 59-14 in Friday's non-league test.
The Red Devils (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Crescent (Iva, SC). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Crescent walloped Belton-Honea Path (Honea Path, SC), 31-29, in a non-league test.
The Blue Flame now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Walhalla for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 12. Pickens will encounter a Razorbacks squad coming off a 25-24 non-league win over Easley (Easley, SC). The Razorbacks record now stands at 3-0.
