Georgia High School Basketball - Valwood nips Georgia Christian
December 8, 2025: Valdosta, GA 31601 In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Valwood Valiants basketball team scored a close 65-58 win over the Georgia Christian Generals.
The Valiants (7-1) will now prepare for their contest against Southland Academy (Americus, GA). The Raiders come into the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Southland Academy was tipped by Westfield School (Perry, GA), 65-52, in a non-league game.
With the loss, Georgia Christian falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Generals host Crisp Academy (Cordele, GA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 9. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 3-3. Crisp Academy won 54-24 in their recent non-league game against Southwest Georgia STEM Charter (Shellman, GA)
