Tennessee High School Basketball - Dayspring Academy toppled by Metro Christian Academy
December 8, 2025: Goodlettsville, TN 37115 Metro Christian Academy Eagles (Goodlettsville, TN) supporters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Dayspring Academy Shires (Greenbrier, TN), 48-32 in a non-league contest.
The Eagles (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Foundation Christian Academy (Bowling Green, KY). The Falcons go into the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last match, Foundation Christian Academy notched a victory over Community Christian (Paducah, KY), 51-24, in a non-league match.
The Shires now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Franklin Classical School for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 9. Dayspring Academy will face a Knights squad coming off a 37-27 non-league loss to Dayspring Academy (Greenbrier, TN). The Knights record now stands at 0-2.
