In Monday's non-league test, the Philip Simmons Iron Horses (Charleston, SC) basketball squad trounced the host Hanahan Hawks (Hanahan, SC), by a score of 39-16.

Next, the Iron Horses clash with the Cane Bay Cobras (Summerville, SC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 10. Philip Simmons will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Cobras go into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 45-35 non-league loss to Fort Dorchester (North Charleston, SC).
