December 8, 2025: Brockwell, AR 72517 In Monday's non-league test, the Izard County Cougars (Brockwell, AR) basketball squad defeated the visiting Highland Rebels (Hardy, AR), by a score of 68-58.
Coming up next, the Cougars play the Mammoth Spring Bears (Mammoth Spring, AR) in a 2A Region 2 bout, on Tuesday, December 9. Izard County will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 7-5 record after their 37-35 league win over Marshall (Marshall, AR).
