New York High School Basketball - Bishop Ludden knocked off by Corcoran
December 9, 2022: Syracuse, NY 13207 The Corcoran Cougars basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Bishop Ludden Gaelic Knights to 52 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cicero-North Syracuse for a Section 3 Salt City - Metro contest on Friday, December 16. Corcoran will battle a Northstars team coming off a 87-49 non-league win over Rome Free Academy (Rome, NY). The Northstars record now stands at 3-0.
The Gaelic Knights (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Rome Free Academy (Rome, NY). The Black Knights enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Rome Free Academy was defeated by Cicero-North Syracuse (Cicero, NY), 87-49, in a non-league contest.
