Indiana High School Basketball - Floyd Central tipped by New Albany
December 9, 2022: New Albany, IN 47150 The New Albany Bulldogs basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Floyd Central Highlanders to 40 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Orleans for a non-league contest on Friday, December 16. New Albany will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 45-42 non-league win over Northeast Dubois (Dubois, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-0.
The Highlanders (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Providence (Clarksville, IN). The Pioneers enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Providence was nudged by Scottsburg (Scottsburg, IN), 45-42, in a non-league contest.
