Founders Classical Academy Archers (Leander, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Texas Wind (Waco, TX), 57-55 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Founders Classical Academy upgrades its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Archers host San Marcos HomeSchool (San Marcos, TX) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 7-5.

Next up, the play the Live Oak Classical Falcons (Waco, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Texas Wind will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 13-0 record after their 61-54 non-league win over Allen Academy (Bryan, TX).
