Texas High School Basketball - Lutheran South Academy crushes Frassati Catholic

Lutheran South Academy Pioneers (Houston, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Frassati Catholic Falcons (Spring, TX), 67-37 in a league bout.

With the win, Lutheran South Academy upgrades its record to 10-7 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Legacy School of Sport Sciences Maroon (Spring, TX) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 28. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Legacy School of Sport Sciences Maroon won 85-72 in their recent non-league bout against Grace Christian Academy (Houston, TX)

Next up, the Falcons play the Emery/Weiner (Houston, TX) in a TAPPS 5A District 5 bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Frassati Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 11-5 season record. The go into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 79-49 league loss to Kelly Catholic (Beaumont, TX).
