Illinois High School Basketball - South Elgin trounces Glenbard East
December 9, 2022: South Elgin, IL 60177 The South Elgin Storm (South Elgin, IL) basketball crushed the visiting Glenbard East Rams (Lombard, IL), 68-42 in Friday's league test.
The Storm (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Yorkville (Yorkville, IL). The Foxes go into the non-league test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Yorkville walloped Minooka (Minooka, IL), 48-30, in a league test.
The Rams now own a 2-6 record. They play next when they host West Chicago for a Upstate Eight test on Tuesday, December 13. Glenbard East will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 50-43 league loss to Larkin (Elgin, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-8.
