Lee Park Prep Knights (Monroe, NC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Scotland Christian Academy Saints (Laurinburg, NC), 61-43 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Lee Park Prep upgrades its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Knights host Shining Light Academy (Greensboro, NC) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Monday, December 12. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 3-3. Shining Light Academy lost 77-60 in their recent non-league bout against Piedmont Classical (Browns Summit, NC)

In their next game, the Saints face the Fayetteville Street Christian Patriots (Asheboro, NC) in a NCCSA A District 4 game, on Monday, December 12. Scotland Christian Academy will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Patriots enter the game with a 3-2 record after their 49-46 league win over Sheets Memorial Christian (Lexington, NC).
