The Riverside Prep Silver Knights basketball team scored 41 points and held the visiting Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy to 37 in the Silver Knights league triumph on Friday.
The Silver Knights now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hesperia Christian for a Cross Valley contest on Tuesday, December 13. Riverside Prep will battle a Patriots team coming off a 42-38 league loss to Big Bear (Big Bear City, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 6-4.
The (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Academy for Academic Excellence (Apple Valley, CA). The Knights enter the Cross Valley contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Academy for Academic Excellence was nudged by University Prep (Victorville, CA), 25-22, in a league contest.
