The Freedom Patriots basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Patton Panthers to 19 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Friday.

The Patriots now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Burke for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Freedom will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 60-45 non-league win over Draughn (Valdese, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 3-1.
