The North Polk Comets (Alleman, IA) basketball crushed the visiting Gilbert Tigers (Gilbert, IA), 59-34 in Friday's league test.

The Comets (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Winterset (Winterset, IA). The Huskies go into the Raccoon River test with a 4-1 record.
