North Carolina High School Basketball - Myers Park overwhelms Berry

December 9, 2022: Charlotte, NC 28209

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC) and the visiting Berry Cardinal (Charlotte, NC), saw Myers Park's basketball squad wallop Berry by a tally of 64-16.

With the victory, Myers Park improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Hough (Cornelius, NC) to confront the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 12. The Huskies come into the challenge with a record of 3-4. Hough lost 52-30 in their recent league challenge against North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC)

Next up, the Cardinal confront the South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC) in a 4A Conference 49 challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Berry will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Sabres come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 68-22 league win over Palisades (Charlotte, NC).
