The Seventy-First Falcons basketball team (Fayetteville, NC), was overwhelmed 74-37 in Friday's league battle with the visiting South View Tigers (Hope Mills, NC)

The Tigers now possess a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Douglas Byrd for a 3A/4A Conference 22 battle on Friday, December 16.

The Falcons (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC). The Bears come into the 3A/4A Conference 22 battle with a 0-5 record. In their last battle, Gray's Creek was overwhelmed by Purnell Swett (Pembroke, NC), 66-32, in a league battle.
