Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Mt. Shasta Bears (Mt. Shasta, CA) and the visiting Durham Trojans (Durham, CA), saw Mt. Shasta's basketball squad hold off Durham by a tally of 46-42.

With the victory, Mt. Shasta improves its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Central Valley (Shasta Lake, CA) to confront the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 11. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 0-5. Central Valley lost 81-55 in their recent non-league challenge against West Valley (Cottonwood, CA)

Next up, the Trojans confront the West Valley Eagles (Cottonwood, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 14. Durham will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record.
