North Dakota High School Basketball - Hazen crushes Watford City
December 9, 2023: Watford City, ND 58854 Hazen Bison (Hazen, ND) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Watford City Wolves (Watford City, ND), 73-44 in a league bout.
With the win, Hazen upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Bison travel to Turtle Mountain (Belcourt, ND) to clash with the Braves in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Wolves clash with the Des Lacs-Burlington Lakers (Des Lacs, ND) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Watford City will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Lakers go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 70-34 non-league win over Velva (Velva, ND).
