December 9, 2023: North Canton, OH 44720 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the McKinley Bulldogs (Canton, OH) and the host Hoover Vikings (North Canton, OH), saw McKinley's basketball squad hold off Hoover by a count of 38-37.
With the victory, McKinley upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Louisville (Louisville, OH) to play the Leopards in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 11. The Leopards come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Vikings play the Jackson Polar Bears (Massillon, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 14. Hoover will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
