Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Garretson Blue Dragons (Garretson, SD) and the host Chester Flyers (Chester, SD), saw Garretson's basketball squad hold off Chester by a count of 55-51.

With the victory, Garretson upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Blue Dragons host Canton (Canton, SD) to play the C-Hawks in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The C-Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Canton lost 49-37 in their recent league challenge against Elk Point-Jefferson (Elk Point, SD)
