December 9, 2023: Indianapolis, IN 46268

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Lawrence Central Bears (Indianapolis, IN) and the host Pike Red Devils (Indianapolis, IN), saw Lawrence Central's basketball squad hold off Pike by a tally of 69-64.

With the victory, Lawrence Central improves its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Bears travel to North Central (Indianapolis, IN) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 9. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 2-7. North Central won 55-24 in their recent non-league challenge against Beech Grove (Beech Grove, IN)

Next up, the Red Devils play the Lawrence Central Bears (Indianapolis, IN) in a Metropolitan challenge, on Friday, December 15. Pike will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 10-1 record after their 68-32 non-league win over North Central (Indianapolis, IN).
