Northern Garrett Huskies (Accident, MD) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Hancock Panthers (Hancock, MD), 56-14 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Northern Garrett advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Huskies travel to Musselman (Inwood, WV) to face the Applemen in a non-league match on Thursday, December 12. The Applemen enter the match with a record of 3-0. Musselman won 55-43 in their recent non-league match against Sherando (Stephens City, VA)

The Panthers now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Forbes Road for a non-league match on Wednesday, December 18.
