In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Mather Rangers basketball team scored a big 42-10 win over the Josephinum Cougars.

The Rangers (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Schurz (Chicago, IL). The Bulldogs come into the Chicago Public - White North/West contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Schurz smashed Francis W. Parker (Chicago, IL), 29-28, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Westmont Sentinels (Westmont, IL) in a Chicago Prep contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Josephinum will attempt to better on its 1-7 season record.
