In Monday's non-league contest, the host Forestview Jaguars basketball team scored a big 79-23 triumph over the Bessemer City Yellow Jackets.

The Jaguars (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Huss (Gastonia, NC). The Huskies go into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.

In their next game, the Yellow Jackets confront the Chase Trojans (Forest City, NC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Bessemer City will attempt to better on its 0-7 season record. The Trojans go into the contest with a 1-3 record after their 51-35 non-league loss to East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC).
