With the victory, James Clemens advances its record to 6-2 on the year. The Jets host Grissom (Huntsville, AL) to face the Tigers in a non-league match on Wednesday, December 10. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 5-3. Grissom won 46-44 in their recent non-league match against Athens (Athens, AL)
The Black Bears now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Florence for a 7A Area 8 match on Friday, December 12. Austin will face a Falcons squad coming off a 55-42 league loss to Bob Jones (Madison, AL). The Falcons record now stands at 1-9.
