The Gar-Field Red Wolves (Woodbridge, VA) basketball crushed the host James Monroe Yellow Jackets (Fredericksburg, VA), 68-31 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Red Wolves (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Freedom (Woodbridge, VA). The Eagles come into the Cardinal challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Freedom was routed by Charles J. Colgan (Manassas, VA), 74-68, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Yellow Jackets encounter the Riverbend Bears (Fredericksburg, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 11. James Monroe will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 44-24 non-league win over Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA).
