With the victory, Jefferson County advances its record to 6-2 on the year. The Patriots travel to Science Hill (Johnson City, TN) to meet the Hilltoppers in a non-league battle on Friday, December 12. The Hilltoppers enter the battle with a record of 5-5. Science Hill lost 74-41 in their recent non-league battle against Webb (Knoxville, TN)
The Hurricanes now own a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cherokee for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 11. Morristown-Hamblen East will meet a Chiefs squad coming off a 60-50 non-league win over Claiborne (New Tazewell, TN). The Chiefs record now stands at 5-1.
