Woods Cross Wildcats (Woods Cross, UT) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their basketball team tip the visiting West Field Longhorns (Taylor, UT), 60-54 in a non-league contest.

The Wildcats (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Bountiful (Bountiful, UT). The Redhawks go into the 5A Region 6 contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Bountiful nipped Syracuse (Syracuse, UT), 77-64, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Longhorns confront the Viewmont Vikings (Bountiful, UT) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 11. West Field will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Vikings go into the contest with a 3-2 record after their 66-56 non-league win over Mountain Ridge (Herriman, UT).
