Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Central Falcons (Tuscaloosa, AL) and the visiting Northridge Jaguars (Tuscaloosa, AL), saw Central's basketball squad hold off Northridge by a tally of 51-49.

With the victory, Central improves its record to 19-4 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Hale County (Moundville, AL) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 3. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 6-15.

Next up, the Jaguars play the Brookwood Panthers (Brookwood, AL) in a 6A Area 7 challenge, on Wednesday, February 9. Northridge will attempt to improve on its 17-8 season record.
