Hargrave Falcons (Huffman, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Liberty Panthers (Liberty, TX), 53-48 in a league bout.

With the win, Hargrave upgrades its record to 20-4 on the season. The Falcons host Livingston (Livingston, TX) to play the Lions in a 4A Region III District 21 bout on Friday, February 4. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 4-12.

Next up, the Panthers play the Splendora Wildcats (Splendora, TX) in a 4A Region III District 21 bout, on Tuesday, February 8. Liberty will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record.
