New York High School Basketball - North Warren Central trounces Argyle
February 1, 2023: Chestertown, NY 12817 The North Warren Central Cougars (Chestertown, NY) basketball crushed the visiting Argyle Scots (Argyle, NY), 86-43 in Wednesday's league test.
The Cougars (12-4) will now prepare for their test against Fort Ann (Fort Ann, NY). The Cardinals go into the Section 2 Adirondack test with a 3-13 record. In their last test, Fort Ann was trounced by Fort Edward (Fort Edward, NY), 43-40, in a league test.
The Scots now own a 10-7 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Edward for a Section 2 Adirondack test on Friday, February 3. Argyle will encounter a Flying Forts squad coming off a 43-40 league win over Fort Ann (Fort Ann, NY). The Flying Forts record now stands at 2-14.
