New Jersey High School Basketball - Oratory Prep overwhelms Cranford
February 1, 2023: Summit, NJ 07901 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Oratory Prep Rams (Summit, NJ) and the visiting Cranford Cougars (Cranford, NJ), saw Oratory Prep's basketball squad wallop Cranford by a tally of 80-42.
With the victory, Oratory Prep improves its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Rams travel to South Plainfield (South Plainfield, NJ) to play the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 4. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 15-3. South Plainfield won 63-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Rahway (Rahway, NJ)
Next up, the Cougars play the Union Farmers (Union, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 3. Cranford will attempt to improve on its 5-12 season record. The Farmers come into the challenge with a 9-10 record after their 58-57 league loss to Union Catholic (Scotch Plains, NJ).
