The Sanford Warriors basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Delcastle Technical Cougars to 38 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Warriors now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Salesianum for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 4. Sanford will battle a Sallies team coming off a 65-51 non-league win over Tower Hill (Wilmington, DE). The Sallies record now stands at 7-6.

The Cougars (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Sussex Tech (Georgetown, DE). The Ravens enter the Henlopen - Northern contest with a 2-14 record. In their last contest, Sussex Tech was routed by Dover (Dover, DE), 72-41, in a league contest.
