February 1, 2023: Stockton, CA 95215 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Franklin Yellowjackets (Stockton, CA) and the visiting Linden Lions (Linden, CA), saw Franklin's basketball squad overcome Linden by a tally of 53-41.
With the victory, Franklin improves its record to 6-17 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Bear Creek (Stockton, CA) to play the Bruins in a San Joaquin Athletic Association challenge on Friday, February 3. The Bruins come into the challenge with a record of 12-12. Bear Creek won 58-42 in their recent league challenge against Stagg (Stockton, CA)
Next up, the Lions play the Edison Vikings (Stockton, CA) in a San Joaquin Athletic Association challenge, on Friday, February 3. Linden will attempt to improve on its 1-22 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 19-4 record after their 78-68 league win over Chavez (Stockton, CA).
