Iowa High School Basketball - AHSTW knocked off by Riverside
February 1, 2024: Oakland, IA 51560 The Riverside Bulldogs basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting AHSTW Vikings to 52 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tri-Center for a Western Iowa contest on Friday, February 2. Riverside will meet a Trojans team coming off a 72-35 non-league win over Stanton (Stanton, IA). The Trojans record now stands at 10-9.
The Vikings (4-14) will now prepare for their contest against Treynor (Treynor, IA). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 15-2 record. In their last contest, Treynor ran past Riverside (Oakland, IA), 67-49, in a league contest.
